Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2026Version: 1.0

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances in which refunds are available for purchases of AutoTapper paid plans and related charges.

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all purchases, renewals, and other paid transactions relating to AutoTapper.

1. Refund Window

A refund may be requested within 14 days of the date of an initial one-time purchase.

For subscription products, a refund may be requested within 14 days of the date of the most recent renewal payment.

Requests submitted after the applicable 14-day period are not eligible under this Refund Policy, except to the extent a longer period is required by applicable law.

2. Scope of Paid Charges

AutoTapper paid plans may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis, as stated at checkout or on the applicable pricing page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

3. Cancellation and Renewal

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

If you cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew for a further term.

Cancellation prevents future charges. It does not, by itself, create a right to a refund outside the refund window stated in this Refund Policy.

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle using the buyer support tools available at `paddle.net` or through the purchase confirmation email associated with the relevant order.

To enable timely review, your request should be submitted within the applicable 14-day refund window and should include sufficient order details, including the purchase email address, transaction date, and receipt or invoice information.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the relevant transaction through Paddle or the applicable billing channel.

The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or billing platform involved in the original transaction.

6. Unauthorized, Duplicate, or Incorrect Charges

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, or charged in error, you should contact Paddle support promptly so that the transaction can be reviewed.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer protection rights that apply under applicable law.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

AutoTapper may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The version published on this page is the current version and will apply to purchases unless applicable law requires otherwise.
